68th Annual Albany St. Patrick’s Day Parade | Saturday, March 17
Join step dancers, Irish pipers, and a litany of local organizations for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade through Albany! This Albany St. Patrick’s Day tradition is free for all to attend and enjoy.
Capital Region Wine Festival | Saturday, March 24
Enjoy the best wines the Capital Region has to offer at the 10th annual Capital Region Wine Festival. This exciting event features decadent red, white, and sparkling wines, featured restaurant samplings, a live auction, and various vendors. Ice Breaker Challenge 5k | Saturday, March 31
Take on rowers from the Albany Rowing Center for this running/walking road race challenge in the Capital District! Race along the Corning Preserve Bicycle Path as rowers alongside you down the Hudson River. A Kids Run will also take place. Entry fees start at $25 for adults. No entry fee is required for kids. Albany Craft Beer Week/Craft Beer Festival | Monday, April 2 – Saturday, April 7
Celebrate the excitement that is craft beer for a full week throughout the city of Albany! Sample over 150 deliciously unique brews from Albany’s own local craft beer stalwarts, including over 50 breweries, at the Washington Avenue Armory. Empire State Comic Con | Friday, April 6
For three days, Albany will host the Capital region’s greatest pop culture convention at the Albany Capital Center. The Empire State Comic Con will feature movie, TV, and cartoon celebrities, comic artists, and specialty toy, comic, and collectibles vendors. Guests will have the opportunity to grab autographs from celebrities and artists from well-known films and TV shows like A Nightmare on Elm Street and Sons of Anarchy. The Collar City Craft Fest | Saturday, April 27 & Sunday, April 28
Featuring a large selection of local artisans from the Capital District and Upstate New York, the Collar City Crafts Fest is the perfect spot to view unique artwork and crafts from around Upstate New York. Village of Waterford Canal Festival | Saturday, May 19
The annual Canal Festival in Waterford, NY will feature live music and performances, local vendors, a fishing contest, face painting, kids activities, and much more!
