There are a few important polices that you should be aware of and we ask our guests to please review these guidelines before your stay…
OFFICE HOURS:
Our regular office hours are 7:00AM to 5:00PM every day
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS:
Please confirm your arrival time by calling or emailing us.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
We are unable to accommodate check-in arrivals after 10:00 PM.
LATE OR EARLY ARRIVALS:
Please call us to arrange arrivals before or after our check-in hours. As previously noted, we are unable to accommodate check-in arrivals after 10:00 PM.

PARKING:
Parking is available for an additional fee of $10 per night. Limited space available, please call to reserve.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
48-HOUR CANCELLATION:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival, or you will be charged one night plus tax. If you made your reservation with the hotel directly or our website, just call us. If you made your reservation through a travel agent or booking site such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc., you must cancel through that source. We are not authorized to cancel your reservation.
CHILDREN:
As much as we love them, The Morgan State House is not suited for children under the age of sixteen years old.
PETS:
We do not accept pets.
SMOKING:
The inn and all of our guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas of the garden only.
All guests are welcome to enjoy the common areas of the inn. They include the parlor floor, kitchen and garden. Guests may enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages 24 hours-a-day, daily newspaper and WiFi.
